Manifesting Weight Loss WITHOUT Dieting and Exercise [-30 LBS w/ Law of Attraction!!]

Hi my name is Annah and welcome back to my Blog, I am so so happy to have you here with me today, because today we’re going to be talking about something that has completely changed my life. And that is how I manifested weight loss, and how I lost 30 pounds with nothing else but my mind and the power of my journal and pen. And I’m going to show you exactly how I did it in today’s Article. (bright upbeat music) Just before we go any further in this Article, I need to tell you something that’s so important, and that is that you do not have to lose weight for any reason other than because it’s something that you want. You are amazing, you are beautiful, you are radiant exactly as you are, and I love you and I hope you love yourself too, because there is no one on this planet who is you, you are unique, and that is your superpower. And I just wanna say a big welcome and thank you to all the new subscribers who have joined our amazing family here recently. It’s so exciting to watch this channel grow. So if you aren’t subscribed yet, click that subscribe button and give this Article a like if you’re excited to learn about how to manifest weight loss Now in order to tell you how I manifested a 30 pound weight loss, I have to first explain how I gained that 30 pounds in the first place. I’ve just always struggled with my weight. I was always a little bit chubbier than the other kids, and then when I got a little older I lost a ton of weight, very very very unhealthfully in my early twenties, and that’s a whole `nother article, but I’ve recovered from that. And once I moved away from that really dark period in my life, I gained a ton of weight back because I went back to regular eating habits but not only that, I went back to pretty bad eating habits because I was at a low point in my life, a dark place in my life, and I had a low vibration, and when we have a low vibration, we try to feel relief, we try to fill the void inside of us, oftentimes with food, that’s what I did at least too. And let me know if you can relate to any of this, but what happened was I just gained a ton of weight really really super quickly. I gained 40 to 50 pounds within a year. So, that being said, I tried the traditional route, I got a personal trainer, I signed up for a gym, I looked up all the healthy recipes I could find, I tried to go paleo, and then I tried to go vegan, and then I tried to do all of these different diets, and I just got sicker and kept gaining more weight. And I couldn’t figure out what was going on until I realized that I needed to start applying what I was already applying in other areas of my life, in terms of what I knew about how the brain works and also what I knew about the law of attraction. And so by implementing these tips, strategies and ideas that I’m about to share with you, it’s amazing what I was able to do and just shed the weight. It just started melting off of me and it truly was a magical feeling. And I am not currently at my goal weight, I’m still in the process, but because I’ve had so much success in this period of time of losing 30 pounds with these techniques, I felt like I want to share it with you so you can get started too, and we can continue our journey towards health together. So here is exactly what I did. Step one, is that you’re going to name your body, and this may sound strange and weird, and you might think, well, it’s my body, isn’t it the same name as me? No, you are the soul inside of you. You are this being, your body actually is something that belongs to you and it’s your responsibility to take care of it, and creating this distinction in my mind between me and my body had a huge impact. And naming my body was really really important pivotal, because what it did was it forced me to treat my body like something external to myself. Now, tell me if you can relate to this, but I know in my own life I am always so much kinder, more compassionate, more caring, more loving to other people than I ever am to myself. So if we make our bodies something that’s external to us, and we treat it like something that we’re taking care of, kind of like a child or a pet if you wanna think about it. Something that depends on us and we have to make the choices that will take care of it. That is a game changer. So my body’s name, I’ve actually never told anybody this in real life or anywhere. So you are the first to hear this, but it’s okay, you and I are like this, so I’m excited to share this with you. I’ve named my body Khaleesi. I’ve named it Khaleesi after Daenerys Targaryen from “Game of Thrones” if you know that show, but the reason I did this is because Khaleesi, the name has power inbuilt in it. I believe it means queen, and that’s how I wanted to think of my body. But you can name your body whatever feels intuitively right for you. So I want you to choose a name right now, ready? In three, three, two, one, choose a name. That’s it, whatever name popped into your head? That’s the name your intuition wants to use. So don’t overthink it, don’t change it, that’s the name you’re going to go with, okay? So what you’re going to do is you’re going to communicate with your body using your body’s name. So, anytime that I go to choose something to eat, or I am just up in the morning or before I go to bed, I talk to my body. I know, I know, I know this sounds crazy, but trust me, just try it for a couple of weeks and see what happens. You will be so surprised and so shocked. Okay so now that your BFFs with your body, step two is where the magic really starts to take off. Step number two is to visualize what you want your body to look like once you reach your goal healthy weight. Now how I know that this technique works other than it working amazingly for myself, is because there’s been real research actually testing this technique. So there’s been research by Doctor Linda Solbrig and colleagues from the university of Plymouth in the United Kingdom. And the research that came from this laboratory is so fascinating because what they did was they wanted to test two different techniques, to see which could help people lose weight with nothing else but the power of their mind, but they used two different minds techniques, two different brain hacking techniques to see which if either actually works to help people lose weight without any diet, without any exercise, without any information about how to physically go about losing weight to the people that were in their study. And what they found with FIT, which is kind of funny that the acronym is FIT when we’re talking about weight loss. I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not, but with FIT, the person was asked to visualize and imagine how they would feel and what their life would be like and what changes would occur in their lives, when they reached their goal. So really what they’re being asked to do is to imagine as if they had already achieved the weight loss. And this is exactly what we do with visualization and the law of attraction, but also and even more powerfully with scripting when we’re using the law of attraction and manifestation, but are you ready for the results? Okay, they found that the people who did the FIT method where five times more likely to lose a significant amount of weight across six months, then the people who did the MI. And of course this research doesn’t say anything about the law of attraction, but this is exactly what the law of attraction says. It says that if we focus our mind on what it is that we want and really embody and feel as if we are already there, and visualize it, feel it, experience it, we will be so much more likely to attract it into our lives. And I just love when I find academic, scientific research that overlaps with this ancient wisdom. Okay so what are you and I going to do? We’re going to do a version of this FIT technique, but you and I are going to make it even more powerful by doing scripting. So, what I want you to do is take out a journal and a pen. And then what you’re going to do is write out the moment when you have hit your goal weight. So for example, here’s mine. I am just brimming with excitement and gratitude because I just put on a size 10 dress and it fit me like a glove. Just a few months ago, I could not even get this dress on, nevertheless zipped up. Now it zips up smoothly and easily, and I just feel so radiant in this beautiful piece of clothing. And of course you can elaborate as much as you want, and I want you to include as many emotions as you can. How will you feel that day and write it as if it’s already here, already happening in the present moment.
