Manifest ANYTHING You Want With Intentional Goal Setting

three two one happy new year and then comes January first and we are ambitious and we have all of these goals that we set for ourselves and all of these resolutions and dreams we have for the year to come but research shows that after only seven days twenty-five percent of people no longer commit to their resolutions and their goals and after six months sixty percent of people have completely thrown their goals into the wind if you are feeling burnt out tired stuck you feel like you’re struggling in setting and maintaining and achieving your goals this is the place to be I am so happy to have you here today my name is Naza and I am extremely passionate about helping you achieve every single goal that you have after finishing grad school I was feeling totally burnt out miserable unhealthy and I just wasn’t living the life that I had always dreamed of and so I figured out this very intentional form of goal-setting and dream building that I am so happy to share with you and I have no doubt that it will help you build a life of your dreams as well so if you want to become an expert in mastering your mindset and manifesting anything subscribe to this channel okay so today what I’m going to tell you about is a simple three-step process that will help you plan set and achieve your goals and get back on track for 2020 so here is the secret it is to get super clear on exactly what you want and not only figure out what you want but figure out what that means for you through this video I’m going to take you through this very simple process step one is to focus on one specific goal now this is just to start this is so you can become the mass at this strategy and technique once you have it down you can add more goals down the line but you want to get super focus on just one goal from the beginning so you can really harness your manifestation power and your ability to achieve that goal so I suggest choosing a category first do you want to improve your health do you want to make more money maybe you want to find your true love whatever it is think of that category and then get even more specific if you want to make more money how much more money do you want to make and other questions that we’ll be asking in steps two and three but the key to step one is get super clear and specific to exactly what you want once you’ve chosen the very specific area of your life that you would like to start really focusing your goal-setting power pop it down in the comments below I would love to know what area you’re going to start in now that we’ve chosen this specific area that we’re going to focus on just to start step two is to choose a time frame you want to be very specific about the time or how long it is before you want to achieve that goal so you just don’t want to say buy some time next year I want to make more money by sometime next year or I want to find the love of my life as soon as possible the brain likes specificity we need to tell our brain the exact timeline in which we want something to happen so for example you might say I want to meet someone and go on a really great date within the next two weeks or I want to make five thousand extra dollars by the end of 2020 or you could use your birthday as a deadline I really like to use that one too a side note that I want you to be aware of here is we need to make sure our time frame is realistic so for example if you live in Canada like me I can’t say I want to be in Italy tonight that’s physically impossible it’s the Sun is already setting here there’s no way any airplane can fly me there within that timeframe even if I jump on it right this second so make sure your time frame is realistic and it feels good to you it shouldn’t be something that stresses you out it should be something that feels good and feels like you can for sure accomplish it okay and step three is how do you want to feel so by now you should have chosen a very specific goal to start with and the timeframe in which you would like to accomplish that goal so step three is all about how do you want to feel including in your goal not only what you want but how you wants to feel once you achieve what do you want is one of the most powerful places to manifest from that’s because emotion is the most powerful place to manifest from and if you’re interested in learning more about that way to do this is to take a second take a deep breath close your eyes and think to yourself how do you really want to feel once you’ve thought of that then let that emotion wash over your body feel how you want to feel do you want to feel happy do you want to feel proud do you want to feel excited do you want to feel loved do you want to feel connection do you want to feel security whatever it is you want to feel 100% of the time the reason we want anything in this world the reason our heart has the desire is it does is because we believe it will bring us a certain feeling or emotion once we achieve it so pre thinking about that emotion before it’s even come to you will help strength your goal and supercharge your manifestation now before we continue I want to tell you a little bit more about what I mean here when I’m talking about manifestation I am NOT necessarily referring to the type of manifestation that you might have heard of before instead I am talking about a very scientific type of manifestation that occurs through the mind-body connection so the best example is let’s say you’re thirsty and you want a glass of water you have a thought and that thought is then communicated to your body telling your body to get up walk to the kitchen and go get yourself a glass of water now this thought was translated into action and this action was achieved by accomplishing your goal of going to the kitchen and getting some water any thing in your life works like this any thought you have can turn into reality if it moves through action so that is how what we’re going to focus on how can we get so focused on our goals that they easily flow into action in our lives as you work through this three-step process I want you to know that there are no wrong answers whatever you want and whatever comes to you in terms of the goals the timeframe and how you want to feel is totally ok there are no wrong answers here so be as true and authentic to yourself as you can be as you’re doing this exercise so that’s it that’s the three-step formula to getting super clear on your goals and helping you to manifest anything you want this year let me share with you some examples in case you’re feeling a little bit stuck or unsure where to start so you might write something down like I want to manifest a promotion by the end of this year that I earned fairly and honestly and that makes me feel proud and fulfilled now it’s your turn it’s time to take out that pen and paper and go through this 3-step ss rewind rewind after each step pause and complete that part and then carry on and when you do this it is super important that you write it down there’s a famous story about graduates from Harvard Business School who were graduating and were surveyed and only 3% of them had written down their goals 20 years later they were followed up and it was found that that 3% that wrote their goals down 20 years ago we’re making 10 times more money than the 97% of the graduates who did not write their goals down some claim that this story is an urban myth but modern research has also shown the exact same thing recent research coming from California showed that people who wrote their goals down compared to those who didn’t were 33% more likely to achieve and accomplish their goals when you read something down it actually creates additional neuronal connections in the brain that’s the cells in your brain they become more interconnected and the pathways for that goal inside of your brain are more solid to help you along with this process and make it super easy I’ve
